1. Introduction

Welcome to Fast Notary Services ("we," "us," or "our") at notaryfastpro.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online and in-person notarial services.

2. Services

We provide expedited notarization of documents via secure electronic and in-person processes. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Appointment and Registration

Clients must complete the registration form available on our contact form and schedule an appointment. Appointments are subject to availability.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on our website and are payable at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic funds transfer. Taxes may apply.

5. Changes and Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

6. Refund Policy

Our comprehensive refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity:

• Full Refund: Available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Partial Refund: Available for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, minus any non-recoverable processing fees.
• No Refund: After the notarization is completed or if you fail to appear for your appointment.
• Disputed Charges: To dispute a charge or request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

7. Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Notary Services and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising out of your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
